After seeing :iconneolucky:'s adorable little picture [link] I realised I never reuploaded this picture.

Big fan of the Monster Hunter series. I'm eagerly awaiting Monster Hunter 3 on the Wii, even though I really hope it isn't played with the Wii-mote.

I've played Wii...and I really don't like it. The remote feels good, but swinging it around is just dumb in my opinion. Perhaps I have a bad experience as the first game I played on it was Bleach: Blade Battlers. Who knows.

Anyways, Monster Hunter forever!

esxcuse me but do you hear the same voices in my head saying." the power of your heart , the power of you soul are two yet one ...............which do you use?
The lance isn't quite double sided, the front is very very long, but the back has a spike on it as well.

In the most recent Monster Hunter games, the weapons are as follow:

Great Sword
Sword and Shield
Dual Sword
Tachi (Long Katana Sword)
Hammer
Lance
GunLance
Bow
Light Bowgun
Heavy Bowgun
Hunting Horn

Blade Battlers are weird and recieved various critiques... but mostly seemed like Ichigo was the strongest character with the most overpowered person there... anyways... I hope the MH3 on Wii is good :D I only plpayed the trial version of monster hunter on PS2 bu I never got it for myself :(
I'm generally a fan of fighting games for the level of challenge involved when fighting someone who is also skilled. However, Blade Battlers could not give me this satisfaction. You honestly just swung the stick wildly as your character attacked insanely fast. Esssentially whoever got their Bankai/special off first would get the upperhand, and some characters had stronger flatrate damage, such as Ichigo and Kenpachi. There was honestly no real skill at all, and you arms get tired after one fight or so. Overall, the game would be far better if the attacks were slowed down a helluva a lot, and it was played with the classic or gamecube controller.

As for monster hunter, I am looking forward to MH3, hopefully capcom will send it cross seas (they should considering it's on the Wii) I just fear they'll use the wii mote...and I honestly think it'll kill the fun in MH. MH already had a funky control scheme, that took some getting used to, and that's what I loved about it....but if I have to dance around to stab things with my lance or swing a sword....than ugh....

Wii may slaughter you like for fast and skillfull fighting a bit ^^; there are some games require real skill with the control tho, like Zelda<3 and Metroid Prime<3 I love to feel pro when I fight against weaklings, but I like a good challenge too (as long as it's not ridiculously good.)

So I hope they come trough nicely with this :D I loved the trailer I played, but I never got around to buy it :(
This is an older drawing, where it was done on paper, and inked on paper as well using a ball point pen. so the lineart is certainly not as crisp as some of my more recent pictures. I could have taken time to clean it up digitally, but I didn't bother.
